Este año 2007 ha sido el año de la "reflexión y cordura".

A nivel Internacional
La toma de conciencia entre los países por respetar el ecosistema e impedir el recalentamioento global.
Lamentablemente EE.UU. no adhiere al pacto de Kioto siendo el país que mayor contamina en el globo. El premio novel de la Paz, el señor Al Gore lo vaticinó "vienen excesos de calor y de lluvias" y si no actuamos urgentemente el clima se volverá loco provocando verdaderos cismas.

El costo de la reconversion energética es mas bajo que el costo de un desastre climático a nivel mundial.

¿Que debe hacer uno ante este problema climático?
No contaminar las aguas, no botar basura al suelo, no realizar quemas en los campos, no fumar, no usar aerosoles dañinos a la capa de ozono.

¿Hay una confabulación internacional comandada por las combinaciones secretas, por contaminar los mares?.
Resulta paragógico que en 2 semanas se han averiados 2 buques. Uno llamado el Explorer , chocando con un iceberg y derramando 250 mil galones de combustibles en el polo antártico. Se agrega otro buque carguero de combustible que se avería su coraza metálica y derrama 1 millón de galones de petroleo combustible frente a las costas de Vietnam del Sur.

La baja del dolar acusa lo mal que está Estados Unidos. Es superado por la moneda Euro en una devaluación del 25 por ciento.

Bolivia
Cayó al precipicio de imponer el estatismo total produciendo la égida de los capitales extranjeros.
Además de dividir a su gente entre "revolucionario y no revolucionarios", Hoy ciertos estados de Bolivia esta al borde de la guerra civil.
Imponer el estatismo total, es una receta añeja desde hace 40 años. A la Unión Sovietica no le resultó.

Nacional - Chile
Si el gobierno de la presidenta Bachelet y su equipo logran hacer funcionar en un cien por ciento el nuevo transporte urbano llamado Transantiago, salvaran la honra de la concertación. Si no lo logra, la espada de Damócles caerá sobre sus cabezas en las elecciones del 2010.
La Alianza por Chile no está preparada aún. Falta un líder carismático y con buenos programas para Chile. Un partido no gana puntos solo criticando al rival.

Como siempre, deseo a cada persona que sus sueños se cumplan como a los goviernos. Que estos goviernen con sabiduría y preserven los valores de la familia divina y de los valores patrios.
Todos pensamos distintos, en eso se gloría Dios y todos cabemos en esta Tierra. Ella fué creada para que nosotros nos desarrollemos espiritual y materialmente, por un lapso de tiempo. Respetemosla, a pesar que ella sabe defenderse de la malas civilizaciones destructoras de hombres y naturaleza.

El años 2008 sera el doble mejor si USA deja la guerra.

Lo mas hermoso que le puede pasar a un ser humano es "ser libre". Libre de pensamiento, libre de actuar sanamente, libre de comunicarse, libre económicamente.

En Septiembre de 1810 Chile se independizó. Hubieron muchos personajes heroicos como Bernardo O´Higgins, Manuel Rodriguez, Los hermanos Carreras, los jesuitas.

Esta empresa de la libertad comenzó en una semilla de pocos, planificado y llevado a una acción.

No estoy para dar una clase magistral de historia , pero si, del espíritu de vivir en una Nación libre y de seguir dando asilo a los oprimidos. Hoy año 2007, recorro las calles de Santiago o a lo largo de Chile y no tenemos problemas de atentados con bombas, economía en banca rota, raptos a empresarios y lo mejor , un país pacifista que se atreve a votar en las Naciones unidas en contra de la guerra del medio Oriente, (y tiene la razón).

Si tu no tiene estos privilegios fuera de Chile, te recomiendo que aportes con tu esfuerzo, por pequeño que sea. Me hace recordar un cuento ecológico y dice así:
"Un niños caminaba junto a su papa por la orilla del mar, al desplazarse por la arena hiba recogiendo una por una las estrellas de mar e inmediatamente las devolvías al mar. La libertad se ama cuando se pierde. Todo Nación tiene derecho de ser libre, siempre por la vía de la ansiada democracia. Chile ha pasado por todos los caminos de regímenes y por experiencia, el democrático es el que el ciudadanos se siente mas feliz.

El 18 de Septiembre del 2007 nos encontramos con un país sano espiritualmente, hay libertad de culto, una economía que se puede sustentar afinando la micro economía y los tres poderes del Estado fortalecidos. Las fuerzas armadas unidas y a la par con el poder político y dentro del mismo orden Carabineros intransables al imponer el orden.
Por el poder de narcotraficantes perder unos de sus miembros el carabinero héroe Cabo primero señor Vera es para sacarse el sombrero en un acto de respeto y dar gracias por dar su vida en un ideal de país pacifista de "orden y patria" que es Chile.

Por fin veo a los políticos de gobiernos y oposición en un sentido común de dar pronta solución a los problemas que puedan atentar los intereses de la Nación.

Los temas valóricos están en la mesa en común de acuerdo con las Iglesias Cristianas y no cristianas lo que invita a una convivencia pacífica.

Una empresa es un país chico, tiene los mismos valores divinos que he mencionado antes.
Si es INDEPENDIENTE de las deudas, ganan todos, desde el gerente hasta el obrero.
Las empresas logísticas compiten por la creatividad de sus cerebros en distintos procesos operacionales , marketing y alianzas con otras trasnacionales.

Estos dos términos sagrados Nación y Empresa, tienen un denominador común que es la LEALTAD y DEDICACIÓN.

TRANSANTIAGO -SANTIAGO - CHILE

He participado, observado, comentado este gran proyecto de cambiar en 360 grados, la mentalidad del Santiaguino y del Gremio del Transporte. Siempre he sido partidario de que si un sistema no apoya al usuario o cliente, hay que estudiar otro proyecto mejor y no peor. Los proyectos siempre deben planificarse en la mente de varios profesionales y volcarlos a la mesa con fundamentos y luego medirlos en terreno. Si ese proyecto no se encuadra con la realidad del usuario, debe perfeccionarse hasta la conformidad de la mayoría de los clientes.

Hay un caso típico en Chile de un Retaile que es éxito en Europa. Abrió sus supermercados con el gran marketing, ventas, ofertas, logística al formato Europeo y no a la realidad Chilena. Éste sucumbió antes los Retailes del Líder y Jumbo.

Soy de la mentalidad de "APORTAR CONSTRUCTIVAMENTE" que "CRITICAR FACILMENTE DE LA TRIBUNA". Criticar lo hace cualquier persona y es fácil, no requiere pensar, solo disparar a la primera, sin ver la VISIÓN.

Transantiago no es un proyecto fácil por:
1.- Ningún gobierno Chileno ha podido doblarle la mano al Gremio de los Microbuseros
si estos no ganan lo suficiente $1.500.000 pesos chilenos al día como mínimo
dan pié atrás.
HOY domingo18 de Marzo, SOLUCIONADO. Se agregó una inyección de $15.000.000 de pesos chilenos y 25 medidas para mejorar las deficiencias del proyecto.
2.- Se cambiaron los cobros efectivos por de la tarjeta electrónicas BIP. No había
suficientes puestos de ventas de tarjetas. Hoy se aumento los puestos
3.- Faltaron Buses ante la demanda de los pasajeros y se dirigieron al Metro, colap sandolo. SOLUCIONADO SE AGREGAN MAS BUSES.
4.- El Metro ha creado medidas para descongestionarse y aún sigue el problema. El
tomar un Metro por la aglomeración debe dejar pasar 3 o 4 metros.
5.- Un operador o Dirigente microbusero hasta ayer (Sábado 17 Marzo 2007) no había
cancelado los sueldos de 1.000 conductores, por lo tanto hay 1.000 buses menos.
Se está negociando
6.- La empresa encargada del software en las micros para el cobro con las tarjetas
VIP, un fracaso los primeros días. Hoy SOLUCIONADO
7.- No llegan buses a 4 comunas de la periferia. Hay protestas en las calles. El
Gobierno identifica de donde vienen los grupos para-militares.
8.- El haber cambiado los números de los buses y los recorridos, desorientó aún
más al Santiaguino.
9.- Se entregaron Mapas para el nuevo sistema de transporte. No había mentalidad
de turista para ubicarse con los puntos de referencias.
10. El Gobierno decretó dos días sin cobro en el transporte nuevo (Sábado y Domingo)
para reconocimiento total del recorrido del usuario a su casa u oficina.

LO QUE GANO SANTIAGO
Bajó la contaminación a un 50 por ciento. Ganan los bebés y las personas de tercera Edad.

El esfuerzo humano de los Santiaguinos por este proyecto ha sido enorme. El costo
político fue muy alto debido a las fallas del TranSantiago. No es secreto que la mayoría dice que al trasladarse de un punto a otro, lo hacía con un micro, hoy lo hace con dos micros.

Todo proyecto siempre debe ser flexible. Este, aún más. HABÍA QUE CAMBIAR LOS BUSES AMARILLOS, VIEJOS, FETIDOS Y CONTAMINANTES.
NOS MERECÍAMOS BUSES NUEVOS, CON CONDUCTORES NUEVOS. HOY CUMPLIDO

EL PROYECTO CON MENOS SACRIFICIOS POR AMBAS PARTES (GOBERNANTE Y GOBERNADO) ES:

los mismos números, con tarjeta VIP PERO CON MICRO NUEVA.

TEMBLORES ATIPICOS EN AYSEN Y PUERTO CHACABUCO - Sur de Chile - Feb. 25.2007

Ellos están ayudándome para que figure en la WEB este té mino, y no solos el el GRUPO DE TEMAS O BLOGGER. Los he colocado en aprietos. Lo siento amigos, pero cada día nace algo importante que aportar es este hermoso Planeta Tierra.

AÑO 2007 ¿EPOCA DE CAMBIOS INSOSPECHADOS?

Leo en las mañanas de 6.30 a 7.00 de la mañana los periódicos de Chile, Informe Meteorológico de Chile, la BBC de Londres, El Mundo de España, El Clarín de Buenos Aires, Google Noticias, La Casa Blanca de EE.UU. y me voy informado de lo que está pasando en mi planeta Tierra.
Lo que mas me impresiona de todo este bagaje noticioso es que VIENEN CAMBIOS GIGANTESCOS, del orden climático, económico, ESPIRITUAL.
No por ser chileno dejaré de decir que en este gran cambio Chile será la estrella. ¿De que manera?. SIENTO AIRES ESPIRITUALES GIGANTESCOS. Nuestros Padre Celestial FIJO LOS OJOS EN CHILE.
