Hoy La ciudad de Valparaíso, aún los conservan, pero va en vía de extinción pronto.

El cuento es, que la era de los combustibles fosilizados, muchos científicos predijeron este conflicto actual de la falta de energía y por ende el alto costo para mover la Industria automotriz y Productiva de bienes de consumo.

Hoy Chile está en una encrucijada. No es autosuficiente energéticamente. Dependió del petróleo del Oriente cuando llegó un cliente presentando una mejor oferta, EL GAS NATURAL. A precios que cumplen las 3 B = bueno, bonito, barato. SIN EMBARGO....
Creyó y firmó Internacionalmente con este producto mas económico que el petróleo. Se subió el Área Privada completa y Gobierno.
El resquicio de este cliente (que hoy día ningún país firma contrato y es la crisis de inversión que tienen), era: " Si llegara a faltarme a mí, te jodés".
¿Cual es la Idea de este cliente? "Si vos invertís en mi tierra, te doy todo el gas que que quieras".
O sea, "quieren Chicha y chancho".
En los 1879 esto se llamó: Un declaración de guerra comercial. Por no decirlo: Una declaración de guerra "abierta".

*REABRIR URGENTEMENTE LAS ZONAS CARBONÍFERAS DEL SUR : LOTA, ETC.
*Un mini proyecto que se dejó de lado y murió, decía que con los gases de los vertederos de
basura se abastecía a la mitad de Santiago. Lo hacen Europa (búsquenlo, tarea para la casa).
*Si la emergencia AMERITA, tenemos madera para vender al vecino de las 3 B.
* Y... demases en proyectos que tiene el gobierno a mediano plazo. (Contratar Barcos gasíferos
con plantas refinadoras en Chile y crudo mas gruesos con planta refinadora en el origen.

¿Y EL TRANSANTIAGO, en que va?
He aprendido, "no hay peor trámite, el que no se hace". Colombia desde 7 años que sigue perfeccionándolo y comenzó por tramos este intento fue fallido y el desprestigio de mis colegas Ingenieros del Tránsito quedó por el suelo. OK. A la segunda canción si que bailaremos y saldremos exitos.
